Peer Health Educator Consultations
College can be tough, but you don't have to face it alone. Whether you're dealing with stress, time management, self-care, or any other challenges, we're here to support you! Connect one-on-one with a fellow Coug to discover what can help you thrive. Our peer health educators are highly trained and engaged undergraduate students who love discussing practical and easy ways to make college life more manageable.
In just 20-30 minute consultations, our peer health educators will chat with you to understand your stressors, identify the best campus resources for your needs, and show you how to effectively utilize these supports. Let's make college life a bit easier together!
