Lisa Hathaway brings over two decades of experience in student services, compliance, and community engagement. As Assistant Director of Compliance and Organizational Investigation at WSU’s Center for Community Standards, she supports students through advocacy, accountability, and policy implementation. Her background includes leadership roles in higher education, workforce development, and youth services, with a strong focus on equity, integrity, and student success.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University, with a concentration in Adolescent Development and a minor in Sociology. In 2024, she received the Campus Partner of the Year award from the WSU fraternity and sorority community, recognizing her excellent collaboration and support. She also holds a Hazing Prevention Advocate Certification from Prevent.Zone, earned in August 2023. With strong ties to the region, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family in her free time.
